Consortium with Haemers Technologies SA wins prestigious project in Sicily

ENI Italy has awarded the remediation of the heavily contaminated soil of the former refinery in Gela, Sicily, to a consortium of SIMAM, ICARO Ecology and HAEMERS Technologies. SIMAM is a leading company in Italy for environmental services, ICARO Ecology is a local company in construction and environmental services. The thermal technology and expertise of Haemers Technologies SA will be used to remediate the hot-spots of about 8400 m2 at a depth of up to 13 m.
