Hautcourt-Moulaine – France
Context
Thermal desorption of 14,000 tons of TPH contaminated soil by means of a mobile unit. The contaminated materials came from various areas within the Peugeot‐Mulhouse car construction site. Pollution was mainly TPH (diesel)
Equipment
The project was done with a DRAGON 15‐2 mobile unit, set as a cold plant. Stack tests were regularly performed and were supervised by the DRIRE and an external independent consultant working directly for the client (Peugeot).
Treatment Target
The clean‐up goals were to reduce the TPH concentrations from 500‐12,700 ppm down to less than 200 ppm. All clean soils were in accordance with the target.
This project was designed and executed by the current Haemers Technologies team, when they worked within the legal entity L&C SA (formerly Deep Green SA), which belongs to the Haemers Technologies group.
