SITE UPDATE: GHENT, BELGIUM – NORTH SEA PORT

🌿 HW Thermotech continues its commitment to tackling Japanese knotweed with a major intervention as part of the works for North Sea Port, in the city of Ghent.

🔥 66 hot screws have been installed to treat 105 m² of infested soil, with a target temperature of at least 50°C maintained for 3 days to ensure complete eradication of the invasive plant.

👷‍♂️ Several visitors were welcomed on site and received tailored explanations about our technology and the context of the project.

🤝 The project is carried out by HW Thermotech, a joint venture between Haemers Technologies and Willemen Infra, combining technological expertise and operational strength to offer a definitive solution against Japanese knotweed.
