What does life look like for a Belgian diplomat in Vietnam? De Ochtend put the question to Karl Van den Bossche, Belgium's ambassador in Hanoi for several years and now Special Envoy for Ukraine.

Among the topics he chose to highlight is the project Haemers Technologies will lead in Vietnam: treating soil contaminated with dioxin, a lasting legacy of Agent Orange.

Our thermal desorption technology has already proven itself at Bien Hoa Airbase. The pilot destroyed the dioxin completely and produced zero waste. The next step is to scale it up.
