Gosnay – France

DEEP GREEN’s regroupment and treatment center at Sotteville-Lès-Rouen (76) treated more than 13,000 tons of polluted soils coming from Gosnay, one of Charbonnages de France’s site. Afterwards, the treated soils were transported to Gosnay to be used as fill. The project was done with the DRAGON 35 unit, according to the law prescriptions (of the “Arrêté Préfectoral”). Delta – Belgium

The Equipment and Transport Administration of the Brussels Region, the project manager, was faced with TPH contamination at the DELTA site. This site comprises an underground station, an underground metro depot and a bus depot. Twelve single-wall metal tanks were buried on the site and showed signs of leakage.
