Online seminar: sites of environmental and remediation interest in the region of Sicily.

Haemers Technologies is going to join an online seminar organized by Società Italiana di Geologia Ambientale (SIGEA), the Order of Geologists of Sicily and RemTech. It will take place on June 19th, 2020.

The event will consist in a series of meetings concerning sites of geological and natural interest with environmental and remediation relevance in the region of Sicily.

The first meeting will be focused on the Site of National Interest of Gela. This will be the occasion for Katia Pacella (Customer Success Manager at Haemers), Alice Catania (ICARO Ecology) and Andro Barabesi (SIMAM) to present our ongoing project in Gela. It is an In Situ Remediation of unsaturated soil from a former landfill site within the Gela Refinery using our Smart Burners technology.

When will it be held?

It will take place on June 19th, 2020.
