NEW INTERNATIONAL PATENT : System for the decontamination of contaminated materials by means of heating tubes with conductive supports

admin2023-08-23T09:08:24+02:00

One of our international patent has been recently published ! The present invention proposes a system for treating hydrocarbons and/or other volatile organic or inorganic pollutants via thermally conductive tubes provided with conductive steel or cast-iron supports, called “fins”, locally increasing the heat transfer to the contaminated materials. Acquiring this patent further solidifies our company's intellectual property position, allowing us to advance our technology and enhance its competitiveness and efficiency for the mutual benefit of our valued partners. Shoutout to our amazing inventors...

NEW SITE ALERT: SENEFFE, BELGIUM

admin2023-08-23T09:04:40+02:00

A new Dynamic Skimming project is underway in Seneffe, Belgium. We are currently in the running phase and the origin of this contamination is from a fuel oil tank filling problem. The treatment depth is 2 meters and 675m³ have to be treated and 3 skimmers are used to remediate the site. The underground water will be pumped during 6 months to treat the fuel oil contamination. We are happy to collaborate with M-Tech on this project.

Did you know that thermal desorption can be a game-changer for PAHs and Creosote-contaminated soils ?

admin2023-08-23T09:00:38+02:00

Our experts have explored the intricacies of this advanced method, revealing how it effectively treats soils contaminated with hazardous substances such as PAHs and creosote from coal tar. By applying controlled heat, these contaminants are volatilized and safely removed, leaving behind clean and revitalized soil. Want to know more about this very interesting topic? Discover our full article by contacting us via our website or via email at communication@haemers-tech.com.

Unlocking the Power of Synergy: Biotreatment and Thermal Desorption

admin2023-08-22T17:09:16+02:00

Harnessing the best of nature and technology, the synergy between biotreatment and thermal desorption revolutionizes soil remediation. Biotreatment utilizes natural processes and microorganisms to break down contaminants, promoting sustainable and energy-efficient remediation. Meanwhile, thermal desorption applies heat to remove pollutants, ensuring predictability and efficiency. By combining these two powerful techniques, we achieve remarkable results. Biotreatment's eco-friendly approach complements the speed and precision of thermal desorption, providing a comprehensive solution for contaminated sites. Together, we can restore the environment while minimizing energy consumption and maximizing...

TechTalks – Episode 1 : How does the Smart Burners system work ? 🌱

admin2023-08-22T17:02:44+02:00

Welcome to the first episode of our exciting new series, TechTalks! In this episode, we delve into the fascinating world of soil remediation with Smart Burners. Let's explore the innovative technology that's revolutionizing the way we restore contaminated soil. Two-Phase Process: The principle behind Smart Burners involves a two-phase process: 1️⃣ Heating: The soil is heated to a temperature where contaminants vaporize. 2️⃣ Contaminant Treatment: Polluted gases are extracted, and the contaminants are either oxidized at high temperatures or collected separately through condensation. Benefits: ✅ Clean...
