NEW SITE ALERT: ISTD IN EAST KENT, UK

We started a new ISTD project (In Situ), in East Kent, UK, in partnership with Ecologia.

We are assisting Ecologia’s treatment installation (steam injection & air sparging) with the In Situ Thermal Desorption method at depths up to 30 meters with the combustion chambers localised at 9 meters and 22 meters below ground level. There are approximately 8000 tons of benzene contaminated soils.

16 burners, 5 meters apart, will be necessary to remediate the site.

This is further proof that by pooling our knowledge, we can achieve great goals!
