VISIT OF MINISTER ALAIN MARON AT OUR REMEDIATION SITE IN UCCLE

We are delighted to have received the visit of Alain Maron, Minister of the Brussels-Capital Region Government, in charge of Climate Transition, Environment, Energy and Participatory Democracy, at our site in Uccle, Brussels.

Belgium has experienced quite a number of pollution scandals in recent years, so we are glad this issue is getting the attention of government authorities. It was the perfect opportunity for us as an environmental technology provider to demonstrate that the problem of soil pollution can be solved quickly and efficiently in urban areas without excavation or nuisance. All that, thanks to In Situ Thermal Desorption.

The visit was also meant to draw attention to PROMAZ, a fund available to the general public until February 28, 2025 that provides funding of soil remediation in the event of an oil tank leak. Therefore, the case of contamination at our site in Uccle was a good example.

Out of habit or fear of change, many organizations still rely on excavation services for soil remediation. Our goal now is to shake up those habits and show that there are other technologies that can do the the work as effectivly without causing these type of nuisance.
